Window Cleaning & Exterior Services Technician
Position Description 
What You’ll Do
  • Provide friendly and personable customer service, communicate issues with customers as they arise; collect payments following service.
  • Clean interior/exterior windows, screens, tracks, and frames to company standards.
  • Protect customer property by identifying and mitigating hazards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  • Set up and work on ladders up to ~32 ft; use water‑fed poles; gutter cleaning
  • Load, maintain, and restock equipment/vehicle; complete work orders and add photos in the app.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Detail‑oriented, dependable, and coachable—follows safety procedures and can work solo or as a pair.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; good driving record preferred.
  • Arrive each day with a clean and neat appearance.
  • Comfortable with heights and full‑day physical work outdoors (lifting/carrying ladders ~60–75 lbs; frequent climbing, kneeling, and reaching).
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Prior experience in window cleaning/pressure washing is a plus, but we train the right person.
Pay & Perks
  • $17–$25/hr base depending on experience + performance bonus/commission for efficiency, 5‑star reviews, and upsells.
  • Paid training, uniforms, and quality tools provided
  • Tips go to the tech.
  • Real advancement path to Lead Tech with pay bump within weeks to months, based on performance.
Schedule
  • Primarily Monday – Thursday during the initial probationary period expanding to Monday – Friday once you are working solo or with a fellow team member.  Overtime available based on seasonal demand.
Safety & Training
  • We train to OSHA/IWCA best practices for ladder safety, water‑fed pole use, and PPE.
Nice‑to‑Haves (Not Required)
  • Experience with water‑fed poles and pure‑water systems
  • Lead Tech or crew‑chief experience, providing estimates, or customer‑service background.
